Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Score Chart
When you select the Week, Month or Year view on the Staff Dashboard, a BQ score chart replaces the time bars. Use it to see how the employee’s score changed over the period.
Opening the chart
- Select the employee on the Staff Dashboard.
- In the top bar, click Week, Month or Year next to the date.
- Use the arrows on either side of the date to go to the previous or next period.
What the chart shows
- Week: one point for each day of the week.
- Month: one point for each day of the month.
- Year: one point for each month of the year.
If your company’s BQ setting shows a single score, the chart has one BQ Point line. If both scores are shown, there are two lines: Working Hours BQ Score and 24-Hour BQ Score.
Average lines in the Year view
In the Year view the chart adds two dashed lines:
- Average User BQ Point: the selected employee’s average BQ score for the year. This line is not drawn when both scores are shown.
- General Average BQ Point: the company’s average BQ score for the same period.
With these lines you can compare the employee’s monthly scores against both their own average and the company average.
Period table
In these views the Timeline section in the drop-down next to the page title is renamed Weekly view, Monthly view or Yearly view. It shows a table with one row for each day in the period (each month in the Year view). The columns are the BQ score, Start Time, End Time, Total, Productive, Distracting, No Activity and Internet Usage. In the Week and Month views, clicking a date switches the dashboard to the Day view for that day.
