In the Week, Month and Year views, the employee's BQ score is shown as a line chart and the period is summarised in a table.

If screenshots are enabled, the Screenshots section of the Staff Dashboard shows the screenshots the agent took during the day.

You can download the data from the Staff Dashboard's Day view as an Excel file with one click.
