Productivity Panel Overview

The Productivity section in the left menu is where you decide whether the apps and websites Berqun records count as productive or distracting. You also approve or decline the activity and time entry requests employees send from here.

The Productivity menu has these pages:

Manage Activities: every recorded activity, split into a productive list and a distracting list.
Generic Rules: rules that automatically count activities whose names match a keyword as productive.
Pending Requests, Approved Requests and Declined Requests: activity and time entry requests from employees.

On the Manage Activities page you can see every recorded app and website as productive or distracting, and review each one's rules and users.
Making a Productive Activity Unproductive

You can make a productive activity distracting with Remove All Rules in the Actions menu on its Activity Detail page.
Making an Unproductive Activity Productive

You can make a distracting activity productive with Mark As Productive in the Actions menu on its Activity Detail page.
How to Add Generic Rules

On the Generic Rules page you can define rules that automatically count apps and websites whose names match a keyword as productive.
Managing Productivity Requests

You handle employees' activity and time entry requests on the Pending Requests, Approved Requests and Declined Requests pages.
