Audit log, staff tracking history and staff dashboard improvements

Security and Audit Log

• Audit Log has been redesigned. Records can be filtered and inspected in greater detail.
• User actions are distinguished from system activity. Read, create, and update operations are recorded more comprehensively, making it clearer who performed an action and when.
• Critical access events are easier to trace. Dashboard access, user management operations, and login activities can be tracked in detail.
• Access and validation controls improved. Data access, validation, and authorization processes have been strengthened to improve data protection.

User panel

• BQ score display updated. The user panel presents BQ information with revised displays.
• Office and remote work are visible by day. Daily, weekly, and monthly views show work location and daily working status.
• BQ scores are hidden when tracking is disabled. Tracking status is indicated, including daily status in weekly and monthly views.
• Non-working day score displays clarified. BQ scores are not shown for weekends, full-day leave, or public holidays, and the reason is explained.
• Half-day leave is marked in each view. Daily, weekly, and monthly views indicate differences from the standard working schedule.

Staff Tracking History

• Tracked date ranges are recorded. Staff Tracking History shows the periods during which an employee is tracked.
• Calculations use tracked periods only. Excluding other periods improves calculation performance.
• Untracked days are not counted as working days. This status is also indicated on the screens.
• Historical tracking records can be edited. Records for past periods can be added or updated.

Authentication

• LDAP and SAML login improved. Authentication updates improve login reliability and performance.
• The login screen supports multiple methods. Users can access the different authentication methods from the updated screen.

Reporting and data export

• Keyboard and mouse analysis can be exported. Usage analysis data is available for export.
• Audit Log supports Excel export. Audit records can be downloaded in Excel format for review and analysis.
• Excel export coverage expanded. Data export has been extended across additional reporting areas.

System and general improvements

• Installation and updates are more reliable. Issues affecting these processes have been addressed.
• Background maintenance has been improved. Maintenance and background processing updates support system performance and stability.
• Configuration and secrets are better protected. Management of configuration and confidential access information has been improved.
• Technical logging has been improved. System activity and faults can be traced more effectively.
• Application fixes and interface updates delivered. Bugs have been resolved alongside performance and screen layout improvements.
