Mouse and keyboard analytics, Active Directory and meeting integrations
Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex meetings can now count as productive working time in On-Premise environments. Mouse and keyboard usage is also included in BQ score calculations.

Agents and data collection
- CPU usage statistics updated. Agent data collection includes processor usage statistics.
- MS Teams status integration added. MS Teams status information is included in the agent integration.
- Multiple location sources supported. Location detection can use GPS, the operating system, and IP-based sources.
Location tracking is disabled by default and can be enabled upon request.
Meetings and integrations
- Meeting and call records can be imported. In On-Premise environments, Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex records can be retrieved through their APIs and automatically evaluated as productive working time.
- Power BI data export added. Available data includes daily performance metrics, activity records, Time Entry records, and location data.
- Active Directory supports multiple domains. On-Premise environments can retrieve data from more than one domain.
Input analytics and Time Entry
- BQ scores include mouse and keyboard usage. These measurements help prevent false active states caused by system issues.
- Abnormal usage patterns can be detected. Mouse and keyboard analysis can identify unrealistic or unusual usage behavior.
- Time Entry records are easier to distinguish. Their visual presentation has been updated.
- Time Entry scoring has three options. The entire interval can be treated as productive, activity details within the interval can be preserved, or the entry can be excluded from scoring.
Office and remote work

Work location can be detected throughout the day. Improved office and VPN IP definitions support automatic Office or Remote classification.

Visibility and access
- Activity details can be controlled by role. Sensitive activity details can be hidden according to role permissions.
- Distracting activity names can be hidden. Additional visibility controls protect these names.
- Portal access can be restricted by role. Web application login and agent login have separate authorization options.
- Productivity rules and requests can be restricted. Restrictions can be applied when defining rules or requests for specific activities.
Reporting and performance
- Office Efficiency reports include new columns. Employee ID, Number of Team Members, Parent Team Name, and Overtime (Working Days / Non-Working Days) have been added.
- Report columns can be customized. Reports now support column customization.
- Sub-team averages corrected. An issue in sub-team average calculations has been fixed.
- Report and agent performance improved. Performance updates cover all reports and the agents; application bugs have been fixed and interface updates have also been delivered.
