Teams and Power BI integrations, broader data collection

MS Teams API integration and Power BI data transfer are now available. This release also updates activity visibility in the user panel, work hours calculations, and reporting.

Integrations

  • MS Teams API integration added. Berqun can connect to MS Teams through its API.
  • Power BI data transfer added. Berqun data can be transferred to Power BI.

Data collection

  • CPU statistics added. Processor usage statistics are now included in data collection.
  • Mouse and keyboard tracking added. Mouse and keyboard usage can be tracked.
  • Location tracking added. Location information is now included in tracking capabilities.

User panel and permissions

  • Outlook and Time Entry timeline updated. The display of these records in the timeline has been improved.
  • Activity details can be shown or hidden. A visibility toggle has been added for activity details.
  • Activity names can be shown or hidden. A separate visibility toggle has been added for activity names.
  • Role functions expanded. New functions have been added to authorization settings.

Reports and work location

  • VPN and office IP definitions added. VPN and office IP addresses can be defined in Berqun.

  • Home vs Office report added. Home and office work can be compared in this report.

  • Reports and column options updated. Existing reports have been updated, with column customization now available.

Calculations and performance

  • Offset-based calculation added. Work hours calculations now support this method.
  • Bugs fixed and performance improved. Application issues have been addressed alongside performance updates.
